By accessing or using OctoDM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
OctoDM is an Instagram DM automation platform that allows you to automatically send direct messages to users who comment specific keywords on your posts, collect their contact information, and add them to your email marketing platform.
3. Account Requirements
To use OctoDM, you must:
- Have an Instagram Business or Creator account
- Have authority to connect your Instagram account to third-party services
- Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use OctoDM to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate Instagram's policies or any applicable laws
- Collect information from minors
- Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity
5. Instagram Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of OctoDM complies with Instagram's Terms of Service, Platform Policy, and Community Guidelines. OctoDM is not responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
OctoDM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to Instagram account suspensions, lost revenue, or data loss.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to OctoDM at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also disconnect your account at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OctoDM after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
